Surendra Singh Bhoi new CLP leader

Senior Congress MLA Surendra Singh Bhoi is the new leader of the Odisha Congress Legislature Party (CLP) in place of Bhupinder Singh who deserted the party today to join the ruling Biju Janata Dal, AICC sources said this afternoon.
