Senior IAS officer of the 1998 batch Suresh Kumar Basisth will be the new Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC), central division, a state government notification said.

Basisth would also hold the additional charge as the managing director of Odisha Civil Supply Corporation (OCSC).

The post of RDC (central)was lying vacant after the appointment of Arabinda Padhi as the Culture and Tourism secretary recently. RDC, northern division Pramod Meherda was in charge of RDC, central until now.
