Surya Prasad Mishra appointed as new Advocate General of Odisha

The Odisha government today issued a notification appointing Surya Prasad Mishra as the new Advocate General of the state.

The notification was issued following approval from the Governor.

Presently, Mishra is the president of the High Court Bar Association.

The post of Advocate General in the state was lying vacant following the resignation of the former Advocate General Ashok Mohanty.
