Teacher found dead under mysterious circumstances in Odisha’s Ganjam, murder suspected

Berhampur, Oct 7:

Police today recovered the body of a youth tied to an electric pole under suspicious circumstances from behind the Roland Pharmaceutical College at Golanthara in Odisha’s Ganjam district.

According to preliminary investigations of the police, the deceased youth has been identified as Nilamadhab Panda and he was working as a teacher with Roland Pharmaceutical College.

Locals on discovering the youth tied to the pole of an electric transformer behind   the institute building reported the matter to the police. The youth’s upper and lower limbs were tied.

Police on reaching the spot recovered Panda’s body from the electric  pole  with limbs tied and found a suicide note from his body.

While it’s being said to be a case of suicide, considering the manner in which Panda’s limbs were tied locals suspect it to be a case of murder.
