Telangana CM KCR visits Puri Jagannath Temple

Puri: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao today visited the Srimandir seeking blessings of Lord Jagannath here in Odisha’s pilgrim town.

Accompanied with wife, the TRS chief reached Puri in the morning and entered into the centuries-old shrine to offer prayer to Lord Jagannath after a landslide victory in assembly election earlier in the month.

He will leave for Kolkata after paying obeisance to deities at Srimandir today.

During his trip to the State, KCR met his Odisha counterpart at Naveen Niwas on Sunday evening after he arrived in Bhubaneswar.

Days after KCR was sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Telangana for a second term, he embarked on a mission to cobble up a Federal Front.
