Theme-based amusement Park reopens in Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: The State’s only theme-based amusement park – BDA City Centre was reopened today for visitors on the occasion of Children’s Day.

The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has spent around Rs 1.5 crore to renovate the amusement park which was battered during Cyclone Fani on may 3.

There was a big rush of visitors and children at the amusement park as entry fee was waived for today. But visitors will have to pay Rs 100 per head as an entry fee from tomorrow onwards.

At present, visitors can enjoy Mary Go Round, Caterpillar, Toy Train, Pirate Ship, Tilt A Wheel, Votex, Water Coaster, Moonraker and Boating at the BDA City Centre, said a staff of the amusement park.
