These places in Odisha likely to receive rainfall today

Bhubaneswar: Amid cold wave conditions, several places in Odisha may experience light to moderate rainfall today, the Regional Meteorological Centre here forecasted.

“Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at many places over the districts of north interior Odisha and at few places over the districts of Nuapada, Bolangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Nayagarh, Khurda, north coastal Odisha and at one or two places over the rest districts of Odisha,” the Meteorological Centre said.

It has also issued dense fog warning for various districts on December 30 and 31.

“Dense fog very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of north Odisha on December 30. Dense fog very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of north coastal Odisha, Khurda, Nayagarh, Puri, Angul, Dhenkanal and Keonjhar on December 31,” it predicted.
