This Odisha MP suggests Afridi to take help of PM Modi to cure COVID-19

Bhubaneswar: Hours after former Pakistan Cricket Captain Shahid Afridi tweeted about being tested positive for COVID-19, BJP MP from Balasore Pratap Sarangi suggested him to take the help of India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi to recover from the virus infection.

In a reply to the tweet of Afridi, Sarangi tweeted in Hindi, “I know every detail of each hospital in Pakistan. If you want to cure of COVID-19, take the help of Modiji.”

Earlier in the day, Afridi stated that he has been feeling unwell since Thursday. When he got himself tested, the reports came as positive for COVID-19. He urged his fans and followers to pray for him during these testing times.

Afridi’s Twitter post read: “I have been feeling unwell since Thursday; my body has been aching badly. I have been tested and unfortunately I’m covid positive. Need prayers for speedy recovery, Inshallah. #COVID19 #pandemic #hopenotout #staysafe #stayhome.”
