Koraput, Feb 5:

Three persons were arrested for raping a minor girl in Nuagada village under Kotapad police station in Odisha's Koraput district on Thursday.

The three accused, identified as Sana Majhi, Mandara Pujari and Sanapati Bhatra of Betaguda village, have been booked under sections 383, 366 A and 376 B, sources in the KJotapada police said.

According to the FIR lodged by the victim with the police, she was accosted by the three accused while going back to her village after work on Wednesday evening.

A medical test was conducted on the girl at the Koraput hospital on Thursday, said Dr Niranjan Mishra
