Three-day shutdown imposed in two more urban areas of Odisha

Angul: In view of huge spike in COVID-19 cases in Angul, the district administration has imposed shutdown in two municipality areas for three days (80 hours).

The shutdown is in force from 9.00 PM of April 22 till 5.00 AM of April 26 in Angul Municipality and Talcher Municipality of the district.

Cuttack: All shops, business establishments to remain shut from 2 pm

Odisha: Shutdown declared in some areas of Burla town

As per the order, all the commercial establishments, market complexes and hotels will remain closed except medicine stores, government offices and banks in these above civic bodies.
