Thunderstorm, rainfall warning for these Odisha districts today

Bhubaneswar: The regional meteorological centre today issued thunderstorm and rainfall warning for as many as 16 districts across Odisha.

“Moderate thunderstorm and lightning with light to moderate rainfall likely to continue at one or two places over the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Khorda, Nayagarh, Balasore, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda and Jagatsinghpur,” said Bhubaneswar MeT in a release.

Moreover, one or two places over the districts of Kendrapara, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Sonepur and Deogarh may also witness thunderstorm and rainfall.

Such weather condition is likely to prevail between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm today.
