Thunderstorm warning for 13 Odisha districts this evening

Bhubaneswar: Amidst rain forecast due to low pressure over the Bay of Bengal, the Regional Meteorological Centre today issued thunderstorm warning for 13 districts.

Moderate thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Gajapati, Ganjam, Rayagada, said Bhubaneswar MeT in a release.

It is likely to continue at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Khordha including Bhubaneswar; Puri, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore and Dhenkanal.

Such weather condition may prevail in these districts between 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm.
