Thunderstorm warning issued for several Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre has issued thunderstorm warning for as many as nine districts of Odisha today.

Thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rain likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Balasore, Puri, Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar and Cuttack between 8.15 am and 11.15 am, a bulletin of the Meteorological Centre said.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of south interior Odisha, Gajapati, Ganjam, Puri, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Bargarh and Jharsuguda, the Meteorological Centre added.
