Thunderstorm with lightning alert for Bhubaneswar and many other places

Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain/thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at several places across Odisha, including the capital city and Cuttack, in next few hours, predicted the Met centre here in its latest bulletin today.

As per the prediction, some places in Koraput, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Bolangir, Boudh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Jagatsinghpur and Bhadrak are likely to witness thunderstorm with lightning.

The Met Centre has advised people to keep a watch on the weather condition and move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
