TPSODL General Manager in Odisha Vigilance net; Here’s list of assets unearthed during raids

Berhampur: The General Manager (GM) of TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) Pramod Kumar Choudhury landed in Vigilance net on charges of possessing wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income following raids at multiple locations in Ganjam and Puri districts today.

During searches, the Vigilance sleuths unearthed properties belonging to the Promod Kumar Choudhury, the Senior GM (Electrical) of TPSODL, Berhampur, and his family members.

Following assets have been found during raids on his houses so far:

One triple storeyed building measuring area about 2490 Sqft. located at 1st lane, Berhampur.
One double storeyed building measuring area about 2400 Sqft. at village Haripur, PS-Gopalpur, Ganjam.
One double storeyed building at Sashibhushan Nagar, 3rd Lane, Ankuli, Berhampur.
One Flat near Pipili Toll gate, Dist-Puri.
One Farm house of total area Ac.1.05 dcml. over plot No.2621, Khata No.1290 and plot No.2622 and plot No.1285 vide Khata No.1022 respectively. This farm contains a big ware house having an approximate area of 8000 Sft made of iron materials and cement concrete structures etc.
9 Plots in and around Berhampur & Chatrapur. Details as under;

i) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.105 dec, Plot No.238/1705, Khata No.415, Mauza-Panakalapalli, Berhampur.

ii) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.082 dec, Plot No.1, Khata No.232, Mauza-Golabandha, Berhampur.

iii) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.09 dec, Plot No.1, Khata No.232, Mauza- Golabandha, Berhampur.

v) 1 plot measuring area Ac 1.5 dec, Plot No.171, Khata No.83 Mauza-Agastinuagaon, Chatrapur, Ganjam.

vi) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.723 dec, Plot No.1701/3355, Khata No.1325/5 Mauza-Gounju, Konisi, Ganjam.

vii) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.4 dec, Plot No.691/1070, Khata No.243/33, Mauza-Basanaputti, Chatrapur, Ganjam.

viii) 1 plot measuring area Ac 1.07 dec, Plot No.57, Khata No.377, Mauza-Mishrapalli, Konisi, Ganjam.

ix) 1 plot measuring area Ac 0.068 dec, Plot No.1209, Khata No.523/1182, Mauza-Humuri, Chatrapur, Ganjam.

The measurement and valuation/assessment of the above buildings/flat/ farm house/plots is being carried out by the Vigilance Technical Wing.
