Bhubaneswar: Train services continued to be affected in Odisha on second day of the nationwide strike by central trade unions protesting the Center’s alleged anti-worker policies and unilateral labour reforms.
While some trains have been delayed, few others have been cancelled due to the protest today.
Sources said the Puri-Habibganj Special train will leave Puri at 2.30 pm instead of its scheduled time 11.15 am today. Similarly, the Puri-Howrah Shatabdi Express has been canceled from both directions today.
Besides, the Puri-Cuttack-Puri passenger and Cuttack-Bhadrak-Cuttack Passenger will remain cancelled today.
This apart, the Gunupur-Puri-Gunupur Passenger train will run between Gunupur-Puri-Gunupur and Brahmapur and remain cancelled between Brahmapur and Puri from both directions.
