Two hardcore Maoists, minor cadre surrender in Odisha

Rourkela, May 29:
Three Maoists– two hardcore and a minor boy– today surrendered before Rourkela SP in Odisha.

The two hardcore Maoists have been identified as Sidharth Lohar (28) and Phula Munda (22).
While Lohar was carrying a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head, Munda was carrying Rs 1 lakh.
Both were involved in many major exchanges of fire with police inside Odisha and neighboring state Jharkhand, informed Rourkela SP Anirudh Singh.
Police also recovered 30 gelatin sticks, 22 detonators and electric wire from their possession.
