In a joint raid Quick Action Team (QAT) of the Twin City Commissionerate Police and Sahid Nagar police today busted a sex racket in the Odisha capital.

The police during a planned surprise raid at a rented house in Biseswar Basti alongside Utkal University boundary wall under Sahid Nagar police station limits arrested the kingpin of the flesh trade racket and a client, reports said.

The police have rescued four sex workers during the raid which include sex workers from neighbouring West Bengal, sources revealed.

The police are interrogating these persons to dig out more details of their operations.
