Two junior accountants in Odisha vigilance net over disproportionate assets

Berhampur: Two junior accountants at the offices of Chilika and Berhampur Divisional Forest Officers (DFOs) came under Vigilance scanner over allegation of acquisition and possession of disproportionate assets.

The two accused are Nabin Chandra Bishoyi, junior accountant at the office of Chilika DFO in Balugaon of Khordha district and Surya Narayan Tripathy, junior accountant at the office of Berhampur DFO in Ganjam district.

Simultaneous searches are underway at three places associated with Nabin Chandra Bishoyi- his  residential triple storied building at Nilachal Nagar in Berhampur, office chamber at Chilika DFO office at Balugaon and Forest Rest house at Chilika.

Besides, the anti-graft officials carrying out the search drive at four places related to Surya Narayan Tripathy in Berhampur. They searches a triple storied building at Nrusingha Mandir Sahi in Kamapalli, a residential triple storied building, a flat at Ashiyan Apartment in Ankkuli Mouza and his chamber Berhampur DFO office.
