Two kids among 4 killed in Russia Kindergarten shootout

Moscow: At least four persons, including two children died after a man opened fire in a Kindergarten in Ulyanovsk region of Russia central on Tuesday.

Regional authorities have confirmed the attack.

“We confirm the shooting and that there are four bodies,” a representative of regional authorities said.

A source from the Law Enforcement informed news agency TASS that two children were among the four deceased.
