Two killed in road mishap in Odisha’s Baripada

Baripada: As many as two persons lost their lives after an unidentified vehicle hit a motorcycle on which they were travelling near Jyotipur Chhak under Baripada Sadar Police limits in Odisha in the wee hours of Monday.

The deceased youths have been identified as Goutam Mohanty and Ajit Mohanty of Itamundia village.

According to reports, the duo was returning home on the two-wheeler after attending a wedding party during which an unidentified vehicle hit the motorcycle from rear around 3.30 am killing the two on the spot.

Police have recovered the bodies for post-mortem and started investigation.
