Two minor girls ‘raped’ in Odisha’s Sundergarh  

Rourkela: Sexual harassment of minor girls seems to be continuing unabated in the State with two more cases being reported from Sundergarh district.

In the latest incident, some youths of Chandiposh area in Sundergarh district managed to take two minor girls out last night on the pretext of showing them an opera. On the way, the youths took the two girls into forest before taking turns to rape them.

The minors later went back to their houses and narrated their ordeal before their parents, who lodged a written complaint at Chandposh police station this morning.

Police sources said the accused are residents of Eregeda village in the district. Meanwhile, angry locals have demanded exemplary action against the culprits.
