Two more die of COVID-19 in Odisha; Toll up at 1,873

Bhubaneswar: The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) claimed two more lives in Odisha in the last 24 hours taking the total number of deaths to 1,873.

“Regret to inform the demise of two numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh deaths were reported from Khordha and Puri districts.

While one patient succumbed to the deadly virus in Puri district, another patient died due to the infection in Khordha district had other ailments.

Here’re details of 2 new COVID deaths in Odisha:

1.A 57-year-old female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertension & Hypothyroidism.

2.A 76-year-old male of Puri district.
