Two new centres of TPNODL come up in Keonjhar district of Odisha

Official sources said the CCCs will focus on customer satisfaction and managed by a highly trained team of officials who shall offer wide range of services including new connection applications, monthly bill payments, customers' queries and concerns along with other customer related services. 

Keonjhar: In a bid to expand its network for better connectivity, the TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) inaugurated two customer care centres at Keonjhar and Anandpur locations of Keonjhar district in Odisha today.

A joint venture between Tata Power and the Odisha government, TDNODL with these new launches now has nine customer care centres (CCC) across its licensed area of distribution. The inauguration were done by TPNODL CEO Bhaskar Sarkar in the presence of many other dignitaries.

Official sources said the CCCs will focus on customer satisfaction and managed by a highly trained team of officials who shall offer wide range of services including new connection applications, monthly bill payments, customers’ queries and concerns along with other customer related services.

Speaking on the occasion, Sarkar said the aim of CCCs is to ensure quality services to people. “We aim for absolute customer satisfaction. These chain of customer care centres with a highly trained set of professionals serve the sole objective of providing better experience to our customers,” he said. TPNODL has also dedicated a toll free number 1800-345-6718-1912 to provide comprehensive solution to customers’ concerns and queries.

Besides, a customer executive has been appointed in each of the 159 sections under TPNODL. Apart from this, customers can also download “My Tata power” mobile app for any electricity-related queries and services in northern Odisha.
