Two passenger trains cancelled in Odisha. Here’s why

Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway (ECoR) cancelled two passenger trains for one day on October 24 for modernisation work of Dunguripali and Khaliapali railway stations in Odisha.

The two passenger trains Sambalpur-Koraput-Sambalpur and Sambalpur-Junagarh Road-Sambalpur will remain off the track from both the sides on Oct 24.

Besides, the Bilaspur-Titlagarh-Bilaspur passenger train has been temporarily cancelled for the modernisation work at two stations in western Odisha. The train will be operated between Bilaspur and Sambalpur. However, it has been cancelled from and to Sambalpur and Titlagarh for the same date.

Similarly, Bhubaneswar-Balangir Intercity Express train will be operated from Bhubaneswar to Sambalpur. The train has been cancelled between Sambalpur and Balangir.
