Two school students among 3 killed in road mishap in Odisha’s Bargarh

Bargarh: In a tragic incident, three persons, including two school students, died after the motorcycle on which they were travelling hit a JCB excavator at Petupali Chhak in Odisha’s Bargarh district today.

The two students, residents of Churiapalli village, were returning home after attending tuition classes when the mishap took place.

The deceased have been identified as Akash Kumar and Baishnab Bhoi, both students of Class-IX, and Saroj Pradhan, the bike driver.

Locals staged road blockade at the spot following the accident demanding compensation for the families of the victims.

On being informed, police reached the spot and tried to pacify the irate locals.
