Warning! 9 Odisha districts to witness heavy thundershower this evening

Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted spells of thunderstorm and rain shower for nine districts of Odisha this evening.

Light thunderstorm and lightning is likely to occur in parts of Gajapati, Ganjam, Keonjhar, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar), Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj, Rayagada and Sundergarh.

As per the forecast of the latest weather bulletin, intense rainfall may also lash these areas.

Such weather conditions are likely to prevail between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm this evening.
