Warning! Thunderstorm to pound 21 Odisha districts today

Bhubneswar: Moderate Thunderstorm and lightning likely to lash as many as 21 districts of the state today.

“Thunderstorm and lightning will occur in districts like Baragarh, Boudh, Sonepur, Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Puri, Khordha, Koraput, Keonjhar, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal and Sambalpur. Light to moderate rainfall is also likely in one or two places of these districts.” As per the latest bulletin issued by the regional Meteorological Centre here.

Such weather condition is likely to prevail between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm today, the weather men added.
