(Watch) Bollywood bad guy Rahul Dev shoots for Arindam starrer Odia movie Ram

Bhubaneswar: Actor Arindam Roy’s upcoming movie ‘Ram’ has created a lot of buzz and excitement in Odisha.

Popular Hindi film actor Rahul Dev is also playing an important role in the odia movie, scheduled to be released during the Durga Puja.

Shooting for the movie, produced under the banner of Ratna Films, is going on at full pace at various locations near the twin-cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. The soundtracks and songs of the action thriller have already been recorded, sources said.

Actor Arindam Roy is making a comeback to Odisha film industry after a pause. The big budget movie, directed by Ashok Pati, is likely to win the hearts of the audience.

Bharadwaj Panda has written the dialogues for the movie while Asad Nizam-Linkan duo composed its music.

An action sequence of the movie was shot at a location near the capital city here recently. Rahul Dev along with Arindam and others participated in the shooting.

Even though the makers of the movie are yet to divulge anything regarding its plot, it is believed that Rahul Dev is essaying the role of the antagonist.

“Actor Arindam Roy is all set to present a big budget action thriller to the audience of Odisha during the upcoming Dussehra. The presence of Bollywood actor Rahul Dev in the Odia movie will be a treat for the audience,” said Pranay Jethi, the film’s media planner.
