Puri: It seems priests do not want to be way behind in adopting technology. Instead of reciting slokas from scriptures, priests were seen chanting the hymns from laptops at the ‘Viswa Shanti Yagna’ at a Shiva temple in Rameswara of Puri district.

A priest said while performing puja it is time consuming to find the pages in scriptures. The smartphone or a tab makes life easy and help in performing the ceremony better, he added.
