Cuttack: A busy stretch in Raja Bagicha area here was flooded after an underground pipe burst creating an artificial fountain on middle of the busy road.

The incident took place this afternoon. Water was seen spouting at a height of over 12 feet disrupting vehicular movements.

A huge crowd gathered in the area to see the artificial fountain. Soon after, videos of the pipe burst went viral on social media.

On receiving information, PWD officials reached the spot to take stock.
