[Watch] Residents of Cuttack perform ‘Aarti’ of cops on COVID-19 duty

Cuttack: Although the COVID-19 outbreak has completely altered normal lives in the state, it has certainly melted the iceberg between public and the police in these tough times. And, we have the most delightful proof.

Twin City Commissioner of Police Sudhanshu Sarangi  today shared a visual on his official Twitter handle, in which a local woman in Cuttack was seen performing ‘Aarti’ of few cops deployed in the area as part of the COVID-19 duty. With a smile of gratitude and utmost faith in her eyes, the women took turns to greet the cops present there.

Sarangi uploaded the video captioning it, “Incredible! Never thought Indian Police will ever be able to win the trust of the ordinary citizen.”
