[Watch] Two buses catch fire in Odisha’s Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: Two private buses parked near Caltex Square here caught fire and later reduced to ashes triggering panic in the locality today.

However, no casualty or injuries was reported in the incident.

Sources said some locals first spotted the fire at around 6.30 AM today and immediately informed the fire officials. A firefighting team rushed to the spot and doused the flames. On receiving information, police rushed to the spot and began an investigation into the incident.

The two buses had been stationed in the area for the last two years. Though the exact cause behind the fire is yet to be ascertained, locals suspect it to be the handiwork of a few anti-socials.

An investigation is on into the incident, said Caltex Police Outpost Officer Madhaba Chandra Nayak.
