Balangir: A cobra was rescued from the engine of a car at Sindhekela village under Bangomunda block of Odisha's Balangir district.

Locals spotted the snake entering inside the bonnet of the vehicle and informed the Snake Helpline. A member of the helpline reached the village and rescued the reptile.

The snake was later released into a nearby forest.
