Weather warning: 7 Odisha districts to witness rain, thunder this afternoon

Bhubaneswar: Indian Meteorological Department has issued rainfall and thunderstorm warning for seven districts of Odisha today.

Parts of Balasore, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj and Puri are likely to experience lashing thunderstorm accompanied by lightning.

The latest weather bulletin also predicts light to moderate rainfall in these areas.

Such weather conditions are likely between 1 pm and 4 pm this afternoon.
