Weather warning: Rain, thunderstorm to lash 14 Odisha districts this evening

Bhubaneswar: With likelihood of low pressure over Bay of Bengal looming large, thunderstorm and rainfall is likely to occur in as many as 14 districts of Odisha, this evening.

Parts of Bolangir, Cuttack, Deogarh, Gajapati, Ganjam, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Khordha, Nayagarh, Nuapada, Sambalpur and Sundergarh will witness moderate thunderstorm and lightning accompanied by light to moderate rainfall.

The Regional Meteorological Centre has predicted such weather conditions in these areas between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm this evening.
