With 5 new COVID-19 deaths, toll mounts to 1,825 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll increased to 1,825 in Odisha after 5 more patients succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours.

“Regret to inform the demise of five numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.

The fresh death cases due to COVID-19 were reported from Sundargarh district (2), Balasore district (1), Jagatsinghpur district (1) and Puri district (1).

Here’re details of 5 new COVID-19 death cases in Odisha: 

1.A 85-year-old female of Balasore district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

2.A 73-year-old male of Jagatsinghpur district who was also suffering from Hypertension & Cerebrovascular Accident.

3.A 81-year-old male of Puri district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

4.A 67-year-old male of Sundargarh district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

5.A 79-year-old female of Sundargarh district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
