Kandhamal: A woman Sub-Inspector was found hanging inside her official quarters here in the district today.

The deceased has been identified as Swagatika Behera, posted at G Udayagiri Police Station as the Sub-Inspector.

According to reports, Sub-inspector Swagatika Behera was staying alone at her official residence at G Uadatagiri.

While the reason behind death of the woman SI is yet to be ascertained, her body has been sent for post-mortem.
