Woman found dead in Odisha’s Khordha, murder by hubby alleged

Khordha: A woman was found dead near Bolagarh-Ichhapur bridge under Bolagarh police limits in Odisha’s Khordha district today. The deceased has been identified as Rozita Bibi, wife of Zabar Khan.

Locals spotted the body near the bridge this morning and informed the police. Cops have recovered the body and sent it to the District Headquarters Hospital for post-mortem.

On the other hand, brother of the woman has lodged a complaint with police alleging that her sister was murdered by her husband.

Police have started investigation into the incident. The couple had tied the nuptial knot eight years ago and has two children.
