Nuapada: A woman Maoist cadre, identified as Dalmati Paharia alias Madhuri (15) of Odisha's Nuapada district, surrendered before the SP today.

Paharia left the organisation due to step-motherly attitude of Maoist leaders towards Odisha cadre Maoists, she said, adding that she was forcibly inducted.

She was carrying a cash reward of Rs one lakh on her head and working as a cadre under Menpur-Nuapada divisional committee of CPI (Maoist) since June, this year.

Dalmati will be rehabilitated as per the Rehabilitation Scheme of the State Government, the SP said.
