Bhubaneswar: With no significant synoptic system lying over the region, dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over several districts of Odisha during the next 72 hours, India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre in Bhubaneswar forecasted today.
In its mid-day bulletin, the IMD mentioned, “Minimum temperatures observed no large change over the districts of Odisha. They were markedly above normal at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha, appreciably above normal at one or two places over the districts of Odisha, appreciably below normal at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha, above normal at many places over the districts of Odisha and normal at elsewhere over the districts of Odisha.”
Temperature forecast: No major change in Minimum (night) temperature is likely over the districts of Odisha during next five days. It is likely to be above normal by 2oC to 4oC at many places over the districts of Odisha during the same period.
The highest maximum temperature of 30.8°C was recorded at Paralakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 11.4°C was recorded at Nuapada in the plains of Odisha.
