Bhubaneswar: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and 'Ramayan' fame Arun Govil will hit the campaign trail for the BJP for the upcoming 3rd phase of elections in Odisha.

Arun Govil, the BJP's Lok Sabha nominee from Meerat, who is best known for playing the role of Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar's epic television serial 'Ramayan', will visit Odisha on May 22.

The popular actor is scheduled to campaign for BJP candidates in Champua, Telkoi, Dhenkanal and Jayadev Assembly Constituencies that will go to polls in Odisha Phase III Elections scheduled on May 25, informed Odisha BJP's vice-president Golak Mohapatra today.

One day after Govil's election campaign programme, Uttar Pradesh CM and BJP's firebrand leader Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to visit Odisha for the election campaign in Salipur and Chilika Assembly Constituencies.

On May 23, BJP's national president JP Nadda will again visit Odisha to intensify the election campaign for the 3rd phase of Odisha polls. He is scheduled to address public meetings in Karanjia, Dhamnagar, Barchana and Balikuda. On the same day, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will attend the public rallies in Deogarh and Barbil in Odisha.
