Twin City Commissionerate Police this evening nabbed a young woman and a youth near Pandra Chhak on the Puri bypass road in the Odisha capital and seized 35 kg marijuana (ganja) from their possession.

According to reports, Mancheswar police arrested Prasant Sahu and Neha Haldar while they were carrying 35 kg of marijuana in three airbags.

A case vide no. 302 has been registered at the Mancheswar Police Station under the NDPS Act.

Notably, Neha has a criminal track record. Last year in December she was arrested by the Commissionerate police on charges of cheating some individuals.

However, Neha being involved in a marijuana smuggling racket has baffled the police.
