Youth 'drowns' during immersion of Lord Vishwakarma idol in Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: Amid festivities, a youth reportedly went missing after drowning in Kuakhai river during immersion of Lord Vishwakarma idol in Bhubaneswar on Monday night. Though the identity of the youth has not been ascertained yet, preliminary investigation revealed that he was a resident of Shantipalli Basti in Shahid Nagar area of the Capital.

Police on getting information have started investigation. Further details are awaited.
