Youth found dead on road in Odisha’s Balasore; family alleges murder

Balasore: The mutilated body of a 32-year-old youth was found on a road in Sadar police station area of Balasore district district this morning. Family members of the deceased identified as Chandrasekhar Barik alleged that he has been killed by some miscreants.

As per information, Chandrasekhar, son of Paramananda of Sekhpatna, went outside to drink liquor near the Chandipur Upper Primary School last night and did not return after that. Today morning, some locals found his body with injury marks on the road near Saipur village and immediately called up police.

Police reached the spot and began an inquiry into the incident. Chandrasekhar’s family later lodged a police complaint alleging it to be a case of planned murder.
