Youth held for filming woman inside trial room in Odisha

Keonjhar: A youth was arrested on charges of shooting a video of a young woman who was trying on clothes at a cloth showroom’s trial room in Odisha’s Keonjhar town today.

As per reports, the young woman went to the V-Mart Showroom located at Purunabazaar in Keonjhar town to purchase a dress. She selected a dress and went to the showroom’s trial room to try on the garment.

In the meantime, the youth entered another trial room adjacent to the young woman’s trial room. Through a hole in the partition wall of the two trial rooms, the youth started shooting a video of the young woman.

As the young woman found out the youth’s activity, she came out of her trial room and screamed for help. Staff of the showroom and people present at the shop immediately nabbed the youth and handed over to the police.

Following his arrest, the youth, Mohammed Atif from Purunabazaar was forwarded to the court.
