Kendrapara: Clash over triangular love proved fatal for a 22-year-old youth of Badiha village in Kendrapara district after he was allegedly killed by unidentified miscreants today. His body was found in a pool of blood this morning.

The deceased identified as Basant Nayak was working in Hyderabad and had come to his village eight days ago on a vacation.

Sources said Basant had love relationship with a woman of Sangurapa village. However, another youth of Ratanpur village was in love with the woman. Last evening, Basant had a heated argument with the youth at Barpai Bazaar. Today morning, Basant’s body was found in a pool of blood T Sangurapa village.

Meanwhile, Basant’s family has lodged a murder complaint at Pattamundai police station.
