131 more COVID patients recover in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 131 more COVID-19 patients recovered from the disease in Odisha, official sources said today.

Out of the 131 persons, 43 are from Ganjam, 28 from Puri, 21 from Khurdha, 12 from Kandhamal, 7 from Jagatsinghpur, 6 from Nabarangpur, 5 from Kendrapara, 2 each from Balasore and Cuttack, and 1 each from Bargarh, Bolangir, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar and Sundergarh, sources said, adding that they are being discharged from COVID hospitals.

With this, the number of recovered cases in the state mounted to 4422. Earlier in the day, the state had reported 218 fresh COVID-19 cases as the tally crossed 6,000-mark and reached 6180.
