This Odisha girl worked for magnum opus Hollywood movie ‘Avengers: End Game’

Bhubaneswar/ Titlagarh: Hollywood’s biggest movie of all time, Avengers: End Game has an Odisha connection to it.

According to reports, Odisha girl Meeta Dash is one of the graphic designers to have worked with the team that created on the VFX effects of one of Hollywood’s biggest grossing movies ever.

She is employed at Digital Domain, a leading visual effects company who’s project include popular Hollywood movies such as Titanic, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Spiderman: Homecoming and Beauty and the Beast.

Meeta is a resident of Bolangir district, who was trained in a three-year animation course at Bhubaneswar before proceeding to Pune for job opportunities where she got the opportunity to create visual effects for many films.

Coming from a humble background with a father who is a priest in the local temple in her village at Bankela in Muribahal block of Titlagarh, being a part of the most-awaited feature film of Hollywood was a dream come true for her, she said.

She aspires to become a Visual Effects Supervisor in the future.
