Odisha politicians show off ‘singing’ skills on eve of Kumar Purnima

Jagatsinghpur: Three leaders of Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) couldn’t hold their temptation from singing a classic number on the eve of Kumar Purnima.

Water Resources Minister Raghunandan Das along with MLAs Sambit Routray and Rajashree Mallick sang legendary singer Akshay Mohanty’s ‘Ja Ja re Nauka Bhasi Ja’ at a cultural event in Tirtol area of Jagatsinghpur district yesterday.

Surrounded by supporters and locals, the trio sang the popular song with much enthusiasm and excitement. The audience cheered the legislators and appreciated their effort.

The leaders graced the event as guests.
